Why VIREMI
Delivery should not be an afterthought.
When people buy and sell online, the delivery plan can be just as important as the item itself. But not every parcel moves through a carrier with a tracking page. Many local transactions depend on a rider, a transport depot, a paper receipt, a collection point, or a direct handover.
VIREMI is shaped around that variety. Our aim is to help the people involved make expectations clearer, keep relevant information together, and understand the steps available when something does not go to plan.
What guides us
Useful technology starts with real situations.
We believe a good process should account for both sides of a transaction. That means setting out the agreed delivery method, recognizing that available records differ, and treating evidence as information to be considered—not an automatic verdict.
Clarity before action. Make the arrangement understandable before the parcel moves.
Context matters. A tracking update, receipt, or handover note has to be understood in context.
Fairness for both parties. A process should make space for buyers and sellers to explain what happened.
What VIREMI is
A coordination platform—not a courier or a bank.
VIREMI does not deliver parcels. Buyers and sellers choose and arrange the delivery method that suits them. VIREMI is also not a bank, and this website does not accept payments.
VIREMI does not promise a live escrow or payment-holding service, guaranteed refunds, or a formal dispute-resolution outcome. Public availability and supported features will be announced through official channels. Any service terms and payment arrangements must be clearly explained before use.
